What services do you provide?
Our ultimate goal is to give business their own IT Department for a fraction of the cost. As such, we provide a full 360 degree IT experience to our clients. Imagine this scenario:

How much does it cost?
We offer an flat-rate All-You-Can-Eat (AYCE) / Unlimited model that is priced out per-user. We use this pricing model for a few reasons:We don’t believe in getting “nickled and dimed”. We’ve found that with this model, often times a client views every conversation as a “billable hour”, and choses not to reach out in the first place.We want to give each of our clients a true IT Department experience. You would never expect to pay extra for time from your own staff, so why should you accept that from us?It adds predictability and aids in your budget process. No suprises when you work with us.

What am I commiting to?
We are proud to state that we don’t have any long-term commitments, it’s not how we choose to do business. If for whatever reason we aren’t the right fit for each other, both parties should be able to part ways on the best of terms.That being said, in all our years of business we have never parted ways with a client.
